Vinyasa - A flowing sequence focusing on connecting the breath to a string of postures, which tend to be set at a faster pace.
The instructor will offer plenty of cues to help you tune into your positioning and muscles, getting the most out of each practice physically and mentally.
Yin Yoga - Slow-paced with focus on deep stretching rather than flowing from pose to pose. You'll use props to enhance your stretches. Each pose is held for 3 to 5 minutes. The instructor will offer plenty of cues to help you tune into your positioning and muscles, getting the most out of each practice physically and mentally.
Hatha Slow Flow - Similar to Vinyasa but at a slower pace.
A series of postures with focus on the breath, controlled movements and stretching at a manageable, deliberate pace to ease tension in the body and mind. The instructor will offer plenty of cues to help you tune into your positioning and muscles, getting the most out of each practice physically and mentally.

Our yoga classes are 75 minutes long. Our classes begin promptly, so we ask that you arrive early to sign in, set up your space, collect your props, and settle in. If this is your first visit, please arrive about 15 minutes early to allow time to fill out your enrollment form and waiver.
Please wear something stretchy and comfortable to allow for movement. For your safety, we suggest you not wear socks during your practice. Please bring your own yoga mat. We only have a few extras in case you forget. Our studio provides various yoga props and accessories to support your practice such as blankets, blocks, straps and resistance bands. You may bring your own props, or you are welcome to use ours. If you use our mats or props, we ask that you clean them with a solution we will provide after your practice.
Believe it or not, you do not need to be flexible to do yoga. We have props for that! Our classes meet you where you are regardless of body type. Please inform your teacher if you have any prior injuries or medical conditions that may affect your practice. We encourage you to always listen to your own body.
Practice yoga as often as you like whether it's for 10 minutes or an hour. It has been said: “If you practice yoga once a week, you will change your mind. If you practice yoga twice a week, you will change your body. If you practice yoga every day, you will change your life.” (author unknown)
At this time, we are not offering private yoga sessions. However, check back; we may offer them in the future.
We currently do not offer class packages but will be adding them at a later date.
Currently we do not offer kid's yoga. However, we plan to offer it in the future.

Our classes will begin promptly. The doors will be locked at the start time of each class. Because of the nature of our classes please try to arrive a little early to set up your space. All our classes will end with Savasana or a short meditation, an integral part of every class which is incorporated into the overall class plan. Should you need to leave early, please notify the teacher when you arrive and plan to leave before Savasana or meditation begins.
Our yoga teachers are well trained to offer students cues to perform poses safely and to help you deepen your practice or lighten your practice depending on your individual needs. We will not provide hands-on adjustments without your permission.
